The new projects are all planned with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, including schools, kindergartens, markets and shopping malls, to ensure essential living conditions for people. The Provincial People's Committee has also publicized a list of projects that need to borrow capital under the VND120,000 billion credit package for the bank to consider giving preferential loans.
Nghe An has an area of 16,487 km2, ranked 4th nationwide; population of over 3.8 million people, ranked 13th nationwide. The whole province currently has 12 planned industrial parks, including 6 areas that have been put into operation and 6 areas that have been approved for planning, attracting hundreds of thousands of workers. Therefore, the local demand for social housing is currently very large.
