People jostle to complete land procedures
In recent days, hundreds of people have flocked to the reception and return department since early morning, waiting hours to get the serial number and submit the land application.
On March 19, Mr. Hoang Thanh Quang, Hoa Khanh commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, came to the one-stop department to complete land procedures. Although he was present from early morning, he had to wait until the afternoon to submit an application for information adjustment and land division.
Ms. N.K.O, an employee of a real estate company in Buon Ma Thuot, said that the central land price did not fluctuate much, and transactions were slow due to high value.
Meanwhile, land in communes and wards far from the center increased slightly by 30-60 million VND/100m2 with residential land. However, many companies are still facing difficulties, with dozens of plots of land that have not been sold

The number of land records has increased but there is no land fever
Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Director of the Land Registration Office of Buon Ma Thuot City, said that the number of people coming to do land procedures has increased in recent days, but not due to land "fever".
The main reason is information about the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units and the removal of district-level ones. In addition, the tax authority has just updated the system, causing many people to not fulfill their land tax obligations, leading to an increase in the number of records related to mortgage collection and information correction on the pink book.
Land use rights transfer transactions are still normal. Currently, the Land Registration Office receives an average of 100-150 land use right transfer applications per day, an increase of about 5-6% over the same period in 2024, but is still resolved smoothly, without overload.
