The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over urging, reviewing, compiling statistics, and reporting on contents related to non-budgetary projects that are slow to put land into use; works and projects on natural resources and minerals must ensure completeness and accuracy according to the Outline and required appendices; report to the Provincial People's Committee and send to the Department of Finance before March 19.
The Provincial Inspectorate shall preside over urging, reviewing, compiling statistics, and synthesizing reports on inspection and examination work for works and projects that are behind schedule, backlogged, prolonged, or low-efficiency to ensure completeness and accuracy according to the Outline and required appendices; report to the Provincial People's Committee and send them to the Department of Finance before March 19.
The Department of Finance shall preside over urging, reviewing, collecting statistics, and synthesizing reports on contents related to public investment projects and works; investment projects under the public-private partnership method; investment projects using non-budgetary capital to ensure full and accuracy according to the Outline and required appendices.
Preside over urging, reviewing, and synthesizing the report content of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Provincial Inspectorate to complete the report on the results of reviewing works and projects that are behind schedule, have long-term backlogs, are ineffective, and have large waste in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; complete and report to the Provincial People's Committee before March 21.
The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province requests the Directors (Heads) of agencies, units and localities to urgently and focus on directing implementation. Units and localities that are behind schedule and do not ensure quality must be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
