According to the announced list, there are 2 housing projects in the province that meet the conditions, allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own, both located in Phu My town.
That is the Phu My apartment project, lot H1 (Phu My ward), invested by ANI Joint Stock Company (formerly Song Da Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - a member of Song Da Group). And the Phu My apartment commercial complex project (Phu My ward), invested by Tung My Trading Company Limited.
In particular, at Phu My apartment project, block H1, there are no more than 186 apartments that foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own, including: No more than 95 residential apartments in block A; no more than 75 residential apartments in block B and no more than 16 residential apartments in block C.
At the Phu My apartment commercial complex, there are no more than 373 apartments that foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own, including: no more than 169 residential apartments in lot N1 and no more than 204 residential apartments in lot N2.
According to the Department of Construction, the announcement of the above list was carried out based on legal regulations on housing, opinions of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and direction of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
