Nearly 70% of redundant land and housing facilities in Tuyen Quang are handled
On June 16, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee held a meeting of Task Force 1496 to review and comprehensively assess planning, land, and finance for redundant houses and land in the area.
According to statistics, the whole province currently has 1,228 redundant houses and land facilities that have been assigned to agencies and units for management, use and handling. Of which, there are 1,077 facilities under the province's management and 51 facilities received from central agencies transferred to localities.
To date, 775 facilities have completed handling, reaching nearly 68.7% of the total number of surplus houses and land facilities. In which, provincial-level agencies and units handled 18 facilities; People's Committees of communes and wards handled 757 facilities. See more...
Hai Phong plans to develop more than 80,000 social housing units
According to a report by Hai Phong City People's Committee, the city has been, is and is about to implement 65 social housing (NƠXH) projects with a total scale of about 80,028 units, of which the number of units expected to be completed in the 2021-2030 period is 54,444, equal to 110% compared to the target assigned by the Government (49,400 units).
In the period 2026-2030, the city is expected to start construction of 25 projects with a scale of about 32,448 apartments. The city has 12 20% land funds belonging to commercial housing projects and urban areas that have investment policies, and is selecting investors with a scale of about 14,103 apartments, expected to be completed after 2030. Apartment prices fall, cash flow shifts from residential land to apartments

Quang Ngai accelerates land auctions, creating budget revenue
Quang Ngai is accelerating to complete procedures to auction 6 land plots in July, creating additional revenue for the budget. As of June 11, 2026, Quang Ngai collected 739 billion VND of land use fees, equivalent to 22.2% of the total estimated land use fee revenue in 2026.
Accordingly, in the eastern area of the province, it is expected to auction 5 projects, with a total estimated revenue of about 102 billion VND, including: Tinh Ky residential area, phase 2, in Tinh Khe commune; residential area along Bo De - Cho Vom road, Nghia Lap village, Long Phung commune; the remaining land plots of Dong Na residential area and Phu Loc residential area, Lan Phong commune.
