More than 59 billion VND in compensation for key industrial park project in Hung Yen
On July 2nd, according to An Thi commune, the An Thi commune Construction Investment Project Management Board has organized the payment of compensation, support and resettlement funds to households whose land was recovered to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park) infrastructure construction investment project.
In this payment phase, 117 households in Minh Ly village received compensation, support and resettlement money. The total area of land recovered is about 180,000 m2 of rice land, with a total payment cost of more than 59 billion VND.

A survey by Lao Dong Newspaper reporters shows that many rented rooms have small areas and limited amenities but are still offered for rent at high prices, far exceeding their actual usable value.
For example, a room of about 8m2 on Yen Hoa street (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) is only equipped with a folding chair, without basic amenities, but is being offered for rent at 2 million VND/month.
