Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced the list of customers expected to sign social housing purchase and lease-purchase contracts for the Project Item High-rise Housing Area - social housing belonging to the Housing Area project in Uy No commune, Dong Anh district (now Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city) - phase 1.
According to the announced list, there are 419 customers expected to sign social housing purchase contracts and 47 customers expected to sign social housing lease purchase contracts at the project.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Construction said that in this sale, the total number of apartments was 466 units, including 419 social housing units for sale and 47 units for lease and purchase. Thus, all social housing units for sale and lease and purchase have been successfully registered by customers.
It is known that the project is invested by Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense, built in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi City.
The project has a total land use area of about 85,747m2, of which 15,286m2 is for social housing construction. The investment form is direct investment from non-budget capital sources.
The social housing part has a total land area of about 15,286m2, construction land area of about 6,879m2, including 4 blocks of buildings with symbols A, B, C, D, 9 floors high, with 1 basement and 1 attic floor, with a population scale of about 1,070 people.
The average selling price of social housing proposed by the investor is 20,617,583 VND/m2; equivalent to the price of each social housing unit here ranging from 824 million VND to more than 1.57 billion VND/unit. Maintenance costs are 392,716 VND/m2; average rental price is 288,527 VND/m2/month.
