Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced the list of customers expected to sign social housing purchase and lease-purchase contracts at the Thuong Thanh Social Housing Area and regional infrastructure connection project, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city (now Bo De ward, Hanoi city), phase 1.
According to the announced list, there are 1,765 customers expected to sign social housing purchase contracts and 154 customers expected to sign social housing lease purchase contracts at the project.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Construction said that in this sale, the project has 1,765 social housing apartments for sale and 186 social housing apartments for lease-purchase. Thus, all social housing apartments for sale have had customers submit purchase registration dossiers, while there are still 32 rental-purchase apartments that have not been registered.

It is known that the project investor is a joint venture of Him Lam Thu Do Joint Stock Company and BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The project has a total land area of 60,355.3m2, of which the construction land area is 18,150m2. The project includes 3 22-story building blocks (CT1, CT2, CT3), excluding the basement and attic, with a population scale of about 4,584 people.
The total number of apartments in the project is 1,951 units. Of which, there are 1,765 social housing apartments for sale, with an area of 32.31m2 to 69.9m2; and 186 social housing apartments for lease-purchase, with an area of 32.31m2 to 77m2. The expected handover time of apartments is in the third quarter of 2027.
The average selling price of social housing at the project is 29,403,788 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs). The maintenance cost is 560,072 VND/m2. The average rental price is 346,701 VND/m2/month (including VAT).
