Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced the list of customers expected to sign social housing purchase contracts at land plots CT1, CT3, CT4 belonging to the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Area project, Kim Hoa commune, Me Linh district (now Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city), phase 1.
According to the announced list, there are 257 customers expected to sign social housing purchase contracts at the project.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Construction said that in phase 1, the investor opened for sale 408 social housing apartments, with the area of each apartment ranging from 62.81m2 to 69.84m2. Thus, there are still 151 apartments that have not had customers registered in this opening sale.

The project is invested by Than Ha Trading and Construction Co., Ltd., with a total area of 93,488.8m2, of which 34,137.8m2 is for the construction of social housing. The buildings are 9 above-ground floors and 1 attic. The project scale includes 720 apartments, of which 648 are for sale and 72 for rent.
The selling price of social housing at the project is 19,805,791 VND/m2 of floor used, including value-added tax but not including maintenance costs. Accordingly, the price of each apartment ranges from about 1.24 billion VND to 1.38 billion VND.
The announced rental purchase price is 244,515 VND/m2/month, including value-added tax but not including maintenance costs. The expected handover time of apartments is in the fourth quarter of 2026.
