Reduce financial pressure
Mr. Do Tuan Anh (born in 1994, from Van Xuan commune, Hung Yen province) works as a freelancer, his wife works in an office. Before buying an apartment in Vu Phuc ward, the couple had to go back and forth between their hometown and workplace, a distance of about 17 km. Having intended to buy a house and land but seeing the high price, he decided to choose social housing because it was suitable for the family's financial capacity.
For real estate, we have to try very hard. But here, the price is reasonable, husband and wife do not have to try too hard" - Mr. Tuan Anh shared.
The family apartment he chose has an area of 54.7 m2. Initially, he bought a rough apartment, then invested about 100 million VND to complete the interior. The total cost was less than 1 billion VND.
Meanwhile, according to him, the houses and land that the family has consulted are priced at about 1.8-2.5 billion VND, and those that are really satisfactory can be even higher. Therefore, social housing becomes a suitable choice for the family's financial capacity.

After about 1 year of living, Mr. Tuan Anh assessed that the apartment meets the needs of his family quite well. One of the things that makes him satisfied is that the book issuance procedure is carried out relatively quickly. According to his sharing, from the time of purchase to when the apartment is issued, it takes about 5 months.
The common space of the apartment complex is also a factor that he highly appreciates. The campus is spacious, with parking space and a playground for residents. The location is not too far from the center, convenient for travel and living.
Not only Mr. Tuan Anh's family, at Vu Phuc ward apartment building, many people also choose social housing because of the reasonable price and relatively adequate living conditions.
Ms. Vu Hai Yen, a resident here, said that the apartment has an area of more than 40 m2 but meets the living needs of the family. According to her, what is worth noting is that people can own a place to live at a more affordable cost than buying land and houses, while still enjoying the amenities of the apartment complex.
