On February 10, the Hoa Phu social housing project (Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City) is being accelerated in construction progress in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year 2026.
According to records, the construction progress of low-rise social housing is being implemented relatively quickly. Currently, the investor has completed the construction of component 1 low-rise social housing project with 349 adjacent social housing units, and has handed over 145 units to buyers.
Component 2 low-rise social housing project has a construction progress of 75%, completed in April 2026.
Component 3 low-rise social housing project, construction volume reached 55%, the houses will be completed and can be handed over to buyers from April 2026 onwards.
For high-rise social housing (apartments), it is expected to be topped up in September 2026, completed and put into use from June 2027.
Representatives of Kim Oanh Group (the investor) said that currently, 100% of the project's products are registered for purchase by employees.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, the Hoa Phu Social Housing Area construction investment project in Binh Duong ward has a total area of about 26.7 hectares, including social housing, commercial housing, education, commercial services and technical infrastructure works.
The total number of social housing apartments is 3,030 units. Of which, townhouse social housing has 1,376 units (area from 117-139 m2 each), apartment social housing has 1,654 units (area from 31-69.6 m2 each). The project started construction in March 2025.
According to records, the above project is one of the social housing projects very close to industrial parks, convenient for workers.
