Asia Star Investment Development JSC has just sent a document to the Hanoi Department of Construction regarding the disclosure of information and the expected time to receive applications for registration to buy, lease-purchase, and rent apartments at the Tan Lap Social Housing Project.
The project is invested by Asia Star Investment Development JSC, implemented at Km17, National Highway 32, Cluster 10, Dan Hoi village, O Dien commune, Hanoi City.
The project has a total land area of 4,932 m2, built in the form of apartment buildings, with 459 apartments, scale of 21 above-ground floors and 2 basements, expected to be completed in December 2027.

According to the approved plan, about 70% of the apartment floor area is arranged for sale, 10% of the floor area is for lease-purchase and 20% of the floor area is for lease.
Regarding selling price and rental price, the investor informed that the temporary estimated price for social housing apartments in the project is about 29 million VND/m2 for the selling form and about 430,000 VND/m2/month for the lease-purchase form. The apartment rental price will be implemented according to the decision of the competent authority at the time the project is eligible for lease according to regulations. The above prices do not include taxes, fees and maintenance costs; the official price will be approved and announced by the investor in accordance with the law.
According to the plan, the expected time to receive applications for registration to buy, lease-purchase and rent apartments at the Tan Lap Social Housing Area project is from May 1, 2026 to the end of May 15, 2026. People in need can register and submit applications at the project location at Km17, National Highway 32, O Dien commune, Hanoi City.
