FLC Group has just announced the start of receiving applications to buy and rent social housing at T1, T3, T4 social housing apartment buildings under the Ha Khanh Urban Area Project, Ha Long City (now Cao Xanh ward, Quang Ninh province), phase 1.
The receipt of applications for social housing purchase and rental is carried out at two locations, including: Headquarters of FLC Group Joint Stock Company, 5th Floor, FLC Landmark Tower Building, Le Duc Tho Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi and T2 Apartment Building, FLC Tropical City Ha Long Urban Area, Tran Phu Street, Cao Xanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The registration registration period starts from January 28, 2026 and ends when customers register to buy and rent all 759 apartments.
Social housing apartments T1, T3, T4 of FLC Group, located not far from Binh Minh bridge and Cua Luc Bay, are expected to be completed and fully put into operation in the third quarter of 2026.
The project scale includes social housing apartment buildings built on land plot NOXH-01 with a width of 16,005 m2, investing in building 3 new 9-story social housing apartment buildings, and simultaneously building a synchronous technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure and auxiliary works.
Apartments are arranged from the 1st to the 9th floor in each building, the apartment area according to clear dimensions is from about 35 m2 to 57 m2. The total number of apartments in the project is 759 units, of which about 607 units are for sale, accounting for 80% of the total number of units; about 152 units are for rent, accounting for 20%.
The expected average selling price of apartments is 19,069,000 VND/m2 (including value-added tax and not including maintenance costs), corresponding to the lowest price of about 665 million VND/unit.
Recently, a number of social housing projects in Quang Ninh have also been completed and put into use, including a project in Dong Mai Industrial Park, Dong Mai ward and a social housing area project in the Bank Hill Residential Area, Ha Lam ward and Ha Long ward, Quang Ninh province.

In which, the selling price and rental price of social housing at the Social Housing Area project in the Bank Hill Residential Area (including VAT and apartment building maintenance costs) are 16,228,000 VND/m2 and 74,800 VND/m2/month respectively.
To have the above price, according to calculations, each apartment has been favored and supported by the state with about 500 million VND in land use fees, thereby aiming to reduce the selling price for workers.
With the above price, there are apartments priced from over 570 million VND to nearly 600 million VND/apartment, which are apartments with areas from 44.83m2 to 45.25m2, with 1 bedroom and on low floors.
Apartments with an area of 70m2, 2 bedrooms mainly range from over 950 million VND to over 1.2 billion VND/unit. A few units are priced over 1.4 billion VND/unit.
The apartments with the highest prices belong to some 77m2 apartments, with 3 rooms and all on the upper floor, with prices over 1.5 billion VND/apartment.
At the worker and expert housing area of Dong Mai Industrial Park, Dong Mai ward, the average selling price of social housing is about 10,868,000 VND/m2 (including VAT and excluding apartment building maintenance costs), while the rental price of social housing is about 65,100 VND/m2/month (including VAT and apartment building maintenance costs).
This area has 980 apartments and 20 low-rise houses. Commercial housing has 72 low-rise houses.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, in Quang Ninh, many social housing projects have been started, and it is expected to add thousands more social housing units in the near future.
