Accordingly, the project's full name is the Social Housing Area Project in Zone A and Zone B, residential area of Vu Phuc commune, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province - CT1A Building (now Vu Phuc ward, Hung Yen province). The project is invested by Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company.
The total area of the land plot according to the approved plan is 17,998.7 m2, of which the OXH-02 land plot has an area of 9,416.0 m2, and the OXH-03 land plot has an area of 8,582.7 m2. The CT1A building is built on the OXH-02 land plot, with a construction area of 1,707.76 m2.
Regarding boundaries, the project land area is bordered to the Northeast by the planned road 05; to the Southeast by Doan Khue road; to the Northwest by the planned road 25; to the Southwest by the planned land plot. The population size of the project is about 1,998 people.
According to the plan, the investor will invest in building 4 social housing buildings in the form of 9-story apartment buildings, with a total of 666 social housing apartments. The CT1A building alone has 169 apartments, including 7 apartments belonging to commercial and service floors and 162 social housing apartments.
For the product consumption plan, social housing is built and operated by the investor in accordance with current legal regulations; the project is not eligible for foreign organizations and individuals to own houses. The commercial and service floor area is invested in construction and business in accordance with legal regulations.
Regarding the implementation progress, the project is expected to complete technical infrastructure and housing construction within 36 months from the date of land allocation by the Provincial People's Committee.
