On August 1, the People's Committee of Tam Thang Ward (HCMC) organized an announcement of a number of areas that have approved 1/500 planning in the area, where people do not have to apply for construction permits when constructing houses.
In this announcement, Tam Thang ward announced 3 areas in the area including: area of 33 plots of land (alley 53/30 Le Hong Phong street, in the old ward 7); areas G and H of Ben Dinh service housing area (old ward 9), and Ngoc Tuoc 2 hill villa area.
According to Mr. Le Xuan Tu - Chairman of Tam Thang Ward People's Committee, in these areas, when building apartments, people do not need to go through the same procedures as before to apply for a construction permit.
"Instead, people only need to notify the start of construction in writing, along with the construction design drawings to the Ward People's Committee for the locality to grasp. At the same time, comply with the approved 1/500 planning during the construction process," Mr. Tu informed.
In the coming time, Tam Thang ward will continue to announce 11 more areas that have been approved for 1/500 planning, such as: information area 2; Dai An residential area; alley 86 Nguyen An Ninh... In total, there will be about 14 areas in Tam Thang ward where people do not need to apply for a permit when building a house.
On this occasion, Tam Thang Ward People's Committee also organized the awarding of 3 Land Use Rights Certificates to 3 people in the area. These are the first cases to be granted a Land Use Rights Certificate by the ward.
These documents were previously submitted to the People's Committee of Vung Tau City, and were then handed over to Tam Thang Ward from July 1. In addition to handling old records, the ward is also completing procedures to issue land use right certificates for new records in accordance with regulations.
