Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on allocating land to Ninh Binh Provincial Land Fund Development Center to implement the project of Building technical infrastructure for the Resettlement Area in Kenh village, Thanh Nghi commune, Thanh Liem district (now Dai Kenh village, Thanh Lam commune, Ninh Binh province).
According to the decision, more than 7,200m2 of land in Thanh Lam commune, Ninh Binh province is allocated to the Ninh Binh Provincial Land Fund Development Center to implement the project according to the plan approved by competent authorities. In the total allocated land area, 3,284m2 is land for technical infrastructure and transportation construction; 3,935m2 is resettlement housing land.
To ensure the management and use of land for the right purpose, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Thanh Lam Commune People's Committee to determine landmarks and organize the handover of land on the ground to the Ninh Binh Provincial Land Fund Development Center according to regulations. At the same time, the Department is responsible for revising cadastral records and updating land databases according to current regulations.
Ninh Binh Provincial Land Fund Development Center is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Thanh Lam Commune People's Committee in the process of receiving and handing over land on the ground; coordinating to manage and protect the land area, preventing land encroachment and occupation. In the process of project implementation, the Center must ensure the investment and construction of technical infrastructure works in accordance with the scale, progress and approved plan.
