However, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, this IP only has scattered factories, and most of the abandoned land area is flooded, letting grass grow.
Moving on the roads in the industrial park is not difficult to see the scene of buffaloes and cows moving around, causing traffic unsafety. The grass growing areas have become places where herds of buffaloes and cows are leisurely grazing.
People living near My Trung IP said that this IP has been built for many years, but only a few factories have been operating, and most of the land area is still abandoned, extremely wasteful.
Regarding My Trung Industrial Park, recently, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting the Provincial People's Court (TAND) to pay attention to and accelerate the progress of resolving bankruptcy procedures for Hoang Anh Shipbuilding Industry Joint Stock Company - Investor of My Trung Industrial Park project. The Provincial People's Court coordinated with functional agencies to fully review the current status of assets, determine financial obligations, and ensure the handling of assets after bankruptcy in accordance with legal regulations.
In addition, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Economic Management Board and Industrial Parks of the province to strengthen state management of industrial parks, regularly grasp the operating situation of secondary enterprises, promptly handle or propose solutions to difficulties and obstacles...
The Economic Management Board and Industrial Parks of the province also proactively researched options to select new investors to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of My Trung Industrial Park after completing bankruptcy procedures and asset handling.
