Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the project to build technical infrastructure for the Bo resettlement area, Phong Doanh commune to serve site clearance (GPMB) for the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road construction investment project (Axis T4).
According to the approved decision, the Bo resettlement area project has a land use scale of about 3.1ha in Phong Doanh commune. The project belongs to group C project, implementation time in 2026. The total investment of the project is 57 billion VND.
Phong Doanh Commune People's Committee is assigned to be the project investor, responsible for organizing the implementation of construction investment in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, project quality and strictly managing assigned capital.
The project focuses on synchronously investing in technical infrastructure systems, including: Transportation, domestic water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage and treatment, electricity supply and related technical items, meeting the requirements of serving resettlement households.
The Bo resettlement area is invested to meet resettlement needs, creating conditions to accelerate site clearance work to serve the deployment of the Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road (T4 axis).
