Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of land use rights for 26 land plots in Muc Uyen 2 village, Ha Bang commune, Hanoi City. The total area of the land plots is 3,983.4m2, the starting price is from 11,055,300 VND/m2 to 16,814,700 VND/m2.
The reference, purchase and submission time for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on July 9, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 22, 2026 (during office hours) at the Public Service House - Ha Bang Commune People's Committee and Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National. Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the land plot value calculated according to the starting price.
The auction will be held at 8:30 am on July 25, 2026, at the Hall of Ha Bang Commune General Service Center.
On July 26, Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company will organize a land use right auction for 8 land plots, including 4 plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village and 4 plots in Cua Chua area, Cao Mat Ha village, Binh Minh commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of land plots is 982.58m2, the area of each plot is from 85m2 to 183.58m2. The starting price is from 13,567,000 VND/m2 to 20,391,800 VND/m2.
Time for selling and receiving auction participation dossiers from 8:00 AM on July 9, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 22, 2026 (working days of the week, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed) at the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on July 26, 2026, at the Binh Minh Commune Party Committee Hall (former Thanh Cao Commune People's Committee headquarters).
Meanwhile, Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for 13 land plots in the new residential land area of Yen Truong village, Truong Thinh commune, Ung Hoa district (now Ung Thien commune), Hanoi city.
The starting price is 11,800,000 VND/m2. Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of each land plot calculated according to the starting price, rounded to thousands of VND.
The time for selling and receiving dossiers is from 8:00 AM on July 10, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 22, 2026 (during office hours on weekdays) at the Ung Thien Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company.
The auction will be held at 8:30 am on July 27, 2026, at the Large Hall of the Ung Thien Commune Party Committee (Mieng Thuong village, Ung Thien commune, Hanoi city).
