Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 20 land plots belonging to Han Lu service land area, Vinh Phuc ward, with a total area of more than 2,000m2 and a total starting price of more than 13 billion VND.
According to the notice, the land plots are divided into two rows including G and K. Specifically, row G includes 12 plots from G19 to G30, adjacent to a planned road 13.5m wide. Each plot has an area of 100m2, the starting price is 6.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 660 million VND/plot.
Meanwhile, the K row includes 8 blocks from K6 to K13, adjacent to a road 16.5m wide. Each block has an area of 102m2, the starting price is 7.2 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 734 million VND/block.
The total auction area this time is 2,016m2, the total starting price is temporarily estimated at 13,795,200,000 VND.
The auction is organized in the form of one-round indirect voting via post, applying the up-pricing method. The price step is specified as 1,000 VND/m2.
According to regulations, each land plot must have at least two eligible customers participating and bidding validly to be eligible to organize the auction.
People who want to participate can register to see the field. The time to sell and receive auction participation dossiers lasts until 5 pm on May 12 at the headquarters of the Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center.
The deposit is paid by bank transfer during the dossier receipt period. The deposit amount is equal to 50% of the starting value of each land plot, ranging from about 330 million VND to more than 367 million VND depending on the location.
The price announcement session is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on May 15th at the 4th floor Hall, Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center, No. 12 Truong Chinh Street, Vinh Phuc Ward, Phu Tho Province.
According to the organizing unit, customers who do not win the auction will be refunded the deposit within 3 working days from the end of the auction session.
