The project "Lighting, decoration, fountain system in Hung Vuong Square area, Viet Tri ward, Phu Tho province" was approved by the People's Committee of Viet Tri ward from December 22, 2025 according to Decision No. 1225/QD-UBND.
This is a project belonging to Group C, with a total investment of 85 billion VND invested by the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board as the Investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, on May 22, the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board issued a bidding invitation notice for "Package No. 03: Construction and installation of works" of the project.
Package No. 03 was widely bid through the network, priced at 80 billion VND from the budget of Phu Tho province, Viet Tri ward budget and mobilized from other legal sources.
In the near future, after the above bidding package completes the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will deploy the construction of lighting systems, decorations, and fountains in the Hung Vuong square area.

The elliptical fountain system (including 2 fountains) symmetry on both sides of the square has a total construction scale of about 1,500m2 combined with systems including: Sculpture nozzles; 3-phase and submerged pumps; LED lights and control cabinets, industrial computers, electrical cables...
In addition, the contractor will construct, renovate, plant, and arrange green trees to create harmony for the overall architectural structure of the project area; install public utilities, transformer stations serving the project and some other auxiliary items.
The completion time of the bidding package is 200 days.
According to the investor, the goal of the project is to create a highlight project for the area, a place of convergence and intersection of regional cultures, the "heart" of major national-scale events such as Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival, Festival of Origin, art, sports and national cultural festivals.
