On May 21, Phu Tho Provincial Police held a conference to announce the decision of the Ministry of Public Security on approving the investment policy, and at the same time assigned the investor of the project to build houses for the armed forces of the People's Police in Viet Tri ward and the project to develop houses for the armed forces of the People's Police in Van Phu ward.
Regarding the project in Viet Tri ward, at the conference, representatives of the Department of Construction Management and Barracks - Ministry of Public Security announced the decision of the Ministry of Public Security on approving the investment policy and assigning Phu Tho Housing Development Co., Ltd. (a joint venture with Ha Thanh Production and Trading Investment JSC) - as the investor to implement it.
The project has a land use scale of approximately 53,563.7m2; the total floor area of the main building is approximately 128.614m2; including a social housing area and a commercial housing area with approximately 945 apartments. The total estimated investment is over 1,695 billion VND, with implementation time from the second quarter of 2026 to the third quarter of 2028.
Regarding the project in Van Phu ward, delegates gave opinions related to the survey of the current status of the land area expected to be invested in construction; exchanged information on planning, construction, land, investment procedures, housing development plans...
The Ministry of Public Security's approval of the investment policy for housing projects for the armed forces of the People's Public Security Forces in the province is of particular importance, showing the deep concern of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security for the lives of officers and soldiers.
The project is a correct and timely policy, contributing to solving housing needs, helping officers and soldiers feel secure in their work and successfully complete assigned tasks; and at the same time contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies and promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
The Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police requested functional units to closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule and ensure quality according to regulations.
