These projects are all located in Le Loi commune, Ha Long city, located on National Highway 279.
Of which, the Northern Urban Area of Cua Luc Bay has an expected area of 45 hectares, with an investment capital of about VND 2,300 billion.
The ecological urban area north of Cua Luc Bay has an estimated area of about 130 hectares. The total estimated investment capital of this urban area is about 6,700 billion VND.
The third project is the Urban Area East of Cua Luc 2 Bridge, with an area of about 50 hectares and an investment capital of about VND 2,600 billion.
The goal of the above projects is to invest in urban areas with synchronous technical infrastructure. Investment form: bidding to select investors
According to the general planning of Ha Long City until 2040, Cua Luc Bay will be a new multipolar connection center, in harmony with the world natural heritage of Ha Long Bay and the northern mountainous areas of Ha Long.
Cua Luc Bay and the area north of Cua Luc Bay are new urban areas, developing eco-tourism services, culture, entertainment, high-tech industry...

Urban development areas around Cua Luc Bay need to be controlled to create landscape space around the bay. Manage the water surface space of Cua Luc Bay to arrange waterways, boat anchorage areas, water recreation areas, ensuring the development of the underwater ecosystem. Protect and expand mangrove forests into flooded ecological parks; exploit coal mining recovery areas to develop theme parks, golf courses and tourism services.
Cua Luc Bay, 18km2 wide, with the deepest point at 17m, is the convergence of 6 river mouths from the old Hoanh Bo district. Cua Luc Bay is adjacent to Ha Long Bay, the mouth to Ha Long Bay is about 1 km wide. Previously, when Bai Chay Bridge was not yet available, traveling across the two banks of Cua Luc Bay had to depend on Bai Chay ferry.
To contribute to " awakening" Cua Luc Bay, Quang Ninh province has invested in 2 large bridges across Cua Luc Bay, including Tinh Yeu Bridge and Binh Minh Bridge.
There will be a number of large bridge and road projects invested in and built to quickly and effectively connect the areas around Cua Luc Bay as well as other areas with Ha Long.
