Hanoi - Quoc Oai District has just successfully auctioned 26 land plots in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune.

Quoc Oai District (Hanoi City) has just organized an auction of the right to use 26 land plots (LK2, LK6 areas) belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune.

The auctioned plots range in area from 73.2 to 101.5 square meters, with a starting price of VND4.7 million/square meter. The total area of ​​the 26 auctioned plots is 2,326.7 square meters.

Regarding the auction method, the land plots are auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 6 mandatory auction rounds, the common price step for the land plots is 3 million VND/m2. Because the auction is conducted using the multi-round method, the auction only ends when there are no more customers participating in bidding.

After nearly 14 hours, the auction of 26 land plots in DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune ended. Of which, the plot with the highest winning price was 76.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 40.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction this time was nearly 133 billion VND, a difference of more than 121 billion VND compared to the starting price.

In 2024, Quoc Oai district successfully organized 7 auctions at 6 projects with 161 land plots, an area of ​​over 14,920m2, the auction winning amount was over 825.3 billion VND.
