On December 28, the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 to organize an auction of land use rights to implement the low-rise housing construction project on land plots H1-NO1 and H1-NO2 in Phuc Loi ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi.
The total area of the land auctioned for land use rights is 10,081m2. Plot H1-NO1 has an area of 5,048m2 with the function of residential land for villas, construction area of 2,019.2m2, construction density of 40% of the total floor area of 8,075.8m2, land use coefficient of 1.6 times, height of 1 to 4 floors.
Land plot H1-NO2 has an area of 5,033 m2, function is residential land for villas, construction area 2,013.2 m2, construction density 40%, total floor area 8,052.8 m2, land use coefficient 1.6 times, height 1 to 4 floors.
With a starting price of 98.7 million VND/m2, the land auction in Long Bien district is holding the highest starting price compared to recent land auctions in Hanoi.
Organizations and businesses participating in the auction will have to pay a deposit of nearly 199 billion VND. The auction is conducted in a direct multi-round voting format and must go through at least 3 mandatory rounds, with a price step of 500,000 VND/m2.
The auction attracted 3 participating businesses. After 5 rounds, one business paid the highest price of 101.2 million VND/m2 and became the winning bidder. With the successful auction of this land, Long Bien district is expected to earn more than 1,020 billion VND.
From now until early 2025, many districts of Hanoi will continue to auction many land plots.
On the morning of December 30, Quoc Oai district will organize an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land (LK2, LK6) in the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area of land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district. These are rural residential plots with long-term use. The area of the plots ranges from 73.2 - 101.5m2.
It is expected that on January 11, 2025, Ba Vi district will organize an auction of land use rights for 51 plots of land in Go Tron area, Phu My A village, Phu Son commune; Chau Hum area, Dong Bang village, Dong Thai commune; old cigarette purchasing area in Thuy Phieu village, Thuy An commune; interleaved area No. 3, interleaved area No. 14, Phuong Chau village, Phu Phuong commune, Ba Vi district.
The plots of land have an area of 111 - 383 m2/plot with starting price of 886,000 VND/m2 - 4.6 million VND/m2. Deposit for plots of land is from 32 - 323 million VND/m2.
