National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of land use rights in 26 plots of land (LK1, LK2) at the project of Construction of technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (Hung Dao commune).
The plots of land have an area of 85 - 121.9m2; the starting price is 5,496,000 VND/m2. The common price step applied to the plots of land is 3 million VND/step.
The auction method is to bid up. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and through at least 6 mandatory auction rounds; in case that in any auction round before the starting price No. 6, there is a minimum valid bid equal to the starting price approved by the District People's Committee plus 5 price steps, then the winner will be determined, if no one participates in the next auction round. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ended when no one participated in bidding.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 10 to 5:00 p.m. on March 25.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 28 at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Quoc Oai district (address: Quoc Oai town, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city).
