The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on approving the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District. The list of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District includes 152 projects with a total area of 651.03 hectares.
Including the project to build a park and lake at planning block G.4/CXKO1 of Thach Ban ward (area 22.3 ha).
The project is invested by the Long Bien District Investment and Construction Project Management Board, aiming to effectively exploit the land fund of the lake to regulate the water surface for the area.

According to Lao Dong on March 7, there are currently excavators and bulldozers inside this area with dozens of workers working.
Workers and machinery are currently constructing the embankment items around the regulating lake. Along with that is the leveling work to connect the current status of surrounding traffic routes.
The project is expected to create an urban landscape, solve the needs of entertainment, diversify services, and improve the living conditions of people in the area after completion. At the same time, ensure environmental sanitation and sustainable urban development.
The project will build items such as a regulating lake, a service house; a main fountain and a fountain to clean the lake surface; a bridge to Dang Dong c branch; a half-time bridge; a viewing area on the lake; a resting hut, a stopping point...
According to the plan, the project will also renovate Thach Ban cemetery according to its current status, create a landscape, and prevent environmental pollution during the waiting period for relocation of inner-city cemeteries in Hanoi.




According to research, this is a group B project with a total investment of more than 276 billion VND, of which about 120 billion VND is for compensation and site clearance.
