Area 2 is the tourism, cultural and nature conservation development area located in the northwest of the city, mainly in the Hon Rong mountain area; Estimated population size is about 30,000 people, area is about 2,934 hectares.
Area 3 is the commercial and logistics urban area associated with the airport, mainly in Cam Nghia ward, Cam Thanh Nam commune and part of Cam Phuc Bac ward; Estimated population size is about 160,000 people, area is about 2,176 hectares.
Area 4 is a service - tourism urban area, located entirely within the administrative boundaries of Cam Nghia ward; Estimated population size is about 78,000 people, area is about 2,200.18 hectares.
