Deputy Director of Da Nang City Department of Construction, Mr. Le Van Tuan, has just signed and issued a document, thoroughly reviewing the list of customers based on the proposal of Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company. Previously, in the 21st second sale, the project collected 1,026 registration dossiers submitted within the prescribed time. After a screening and review process according to priority order, the investor has compiled a list of 305 cases expected to have their house purchase rights resolved.
However, during the actual implementation process, there were 4 cases that requested to withdraw their names because they no longer needed to buy houses in this project. To ensure continuity and benefits for those waiting, the investor has proposed 4 replacement dossiers based on the order of the next purchase right draw. Through the process of coordinating inspection with relevant agencies and units, the Department of Construction confirmed that all 4 additional cases are eligible to enjoy social housing support policies. These individuals are all identified as having never owned or carried out transactions of buying, selling, and leasing social housing in Da Nang city, and have also not received any form of housing support from the State.
The Department of Construction requests Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company to be fully responsible before the law for the accuracy of the information and documents provided. After completing the signing of the purchase and sale contract with customers, the investor is obliged to make a detailed list of subjects eligible to buy houses, including complete information of family members to send to the Department of Construction.
The list of homebuyers must be publicly announced within 30 working days to serve management and post-inspection. The investor is responsible for posting this list at the headquarters, real estate exchange or on the unit's social housing electronic information page.
