Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed and issued Decision No. 2387/QD-UBND on adjusting the content of Decision No. 5096/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2012 of Hanoi People's Committee.
Accordingly, the content of the land use purpose from the High-end Fashion Service Center and Traditional handicrafts will be adjusted to the Vinaconex Office Building Project.
Adjust the land use term from 40 years from June 13, 2000 to 50 years from January 15, 2025. The land rental price is determined according to current regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the Hanoi People's Committee.
The City People's Committee said that it has issued a decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor No. 290/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025.
Other contents stated in Decision No. 5096/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2012 of the City People's Committee will remain in effect.
The City People's Committee assigned Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation to be responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to carry out procedures for determining land prices for land rent collection; adjusting land lease contracts; preparing a report proposing to issue an environmental license; issuing certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to regulations.
Contact the Tax Department of Region I to declare, pay land rent, pay annual non-agricultural land use tax and other outstanding financial obligations (if any) according to regulations.
Management and use of land according to the provisions of law; ensure environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of the Vietnam Construction Regulations; do not change the land use purpose without permission from the Hanoi People's Committee.
The City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Planning - Architecture, Construction and related Departments; Tax Department of Region I, according to its assigned functions and tasks, to inspect and guide Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation to fulfill the obligations of land users according to regulations.
The Hanoi Land Registration Office updates and edits changes in land and assets attached to land in the cadastral records according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District and Nhan Chinh Ward regularly inspect the land use of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation in accordance with the contents of this Decision, promptly detect and handle violations according to their authority, and report to the City People's Committee.
