Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 19 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the residential land use rights auction area DG31 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of land plots is 1,754.4m2, with starting prices ranging from 9,101,000 VND/m2 to 9,255,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. The price step applied for round 1 is 36,000 VND/m2, from round 2 onwards is 20,000 VND/m2.
The land plots are used separately, the purpose of use is residential land in rural areas, allocated by the State with land use fees, long-term use term.
The time to sell auction participation documents is from 8:00 AM on April 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 6, 2026 (during office hours). People can refer to information and buy documents at the headquarters of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee (public administrative service point in hamlet 10, old Tan Hoa Commune People's Committee headquarters) or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 9, 2026 at the hall of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee (village 2, Hung Dao commune, Hanoi).
Note that auction participants must be present at the auction venue at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
