Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 5 land plots L02-14; from L03-13 to L03-16 Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 15 land plots from LK2-6 to LK2-20 Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
The land plots have an area ranging from 90 - 159.6m2, with two starting prices of 11,315,000 VND/m2 and 12,490,000 VND/m2.
Regarding price steps, for 5 land plots in Cat Ha area: round 1 applies a price step of 23,685,000 VND/m2 (fixed difference level); rounds 2 and 3 apply a minimum price step of 200,000 VND/m2, without limiting the number of price steps.
For 15 land plots in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area: round 1 applies a price step of 30,770,000 VND/m2 (fixed difference level); rounds 2 and 3 apply a minimum price step of 200,000 VND/m2, without limiting the number of price steps.
The auction form is for each land plot, direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 03 rounds. The bidding method is upwards, in which the starting price of round 1 is approved by Hat Mon Commune People's Committee; from round 2 onwards, the starting price is determined by the highest valid bidding price of the previous round.
The time for selling and receiving auction participation dossiers is carried out continuously from the date of asset listing to 2 working days before the auction session opening, from 8:00 AM on April 16, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 5, 2026 (during office hours, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Dossiers are sold and received at the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company and the headquarters of the Hat Mon Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Hat Mon commune, Hanoi City).
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 8, 2026 at the Hall of the Culture - Information and Sports Center of Hat Mon commune. Participants need to be present at least 30 minutes before the opening session to complete procedures.
