The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, Hat Mon Commune People's Committee, Hanoi has just issued a notice inviting an asset auction organization to conduct an auction of residential land use rights for 10 land plots from L01-11 to L01-20 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi City.
According to the announcement, 10 land plots in Cat Ha area preparing to be put up for auction have a total area of 1,103.8 m2, with a starting price of 11,315,000 VND/m2, the total starting value is 12,489,497,000 VND.
All property auction organizations submit a set of registration documents to participate in the selection. The dossier of the property auction organization must include complete information; the criteria are arranged and presented in order of the criteria for selecting the auction organization specified in Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BTP dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice.
In addition, the dossier needs to meet other criteria prescribed by the Hat Mon Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.
