Regarding the enforcement of the judgment against Pham Cong Danh and Thien Thanh Group, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CJED) of Da Nang City on February 13th, said - there have been results of the valuation of land use rights assets at the "golden land" of Chi Lang stadium (SVĐ).
Accordingly, 14 land plots (equivalent to 10 land use right certificates) here are valued at a total of more than 9,706 billion VND. Notably, instead of dividing into smaller plots, functional agencies agreed on a monolithic auction plan for the entire land area. The reason is that the previous land subdivision and separation process did not clearly define the boundaries of each plot, forcing it to be handled once to ensure feasibility.

To date, the judgment enforcement agency has recovered more than 466.9 billion VND of principal debt. The remaining principal debt that Mr. Pham Cong Danh and related units must compensate to Digital Transformation One Member Limited Liability Commercial Bank (CB Bank) is over 3,665 billion VND and arising interest.
Representatives of the Da Nang City Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement affirmed that after successful auction, the land use purpose will be adjusted to "commercial - service land" with a term of 50 years to be consistent with the city's general plan.
The legal clearance for Chi Lang Stadium is expected to end the situation of the central land being abandoned, causing waste of resources for many years.
Once a sports symbol of the Central region, but since falling into the vortex of violations of the Pham Cong Danh mega-case, Chi Lang Stadium has turned into a wasteland right in the heart of Da Nang. Degraded items, weeds growing everywhere, and legal deadlock have lasted for more than a decade.
Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Tan - Da Nang Bar Association said that the new point in this handling plan is a package auction, not breaking it up to avoid boundary disputes.
The adjustment of the plan: Converting to commercial - service land for 50 years, creating conditions for new investors to access and develop projects in accordance with current law.
