Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of auctions for the right to use 21 residential land plots in Hat Mon commune, including: 10 plots in Cau Loc Giao Ha area, 5 plots in Cong Noi area and 6 plots in Cat Ha area (Hat Mon commune), Hanoi City.
The total area of the auctioned land plots is 2,133.41m2, each plot has an area of 96-154.41m2. The starting price ranges from 9.23-12.49 million VND/m2.


The auction session is organized in the form of auctioning each land plot, direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. In the first round, the starting price is implemented according to the price approved by the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune. From the second round onwards, the starting price is determined by the highest valid bidding price of the previous auction round.
Valid auction participation documents include: Application form for auction participation according to the form, in which participants must fill in all information, sign and clearly state their full name; then vote on the envelope, write their name on the front, seal it and sign it on the edge of the envelope. Participants must also submit a copy of their valid citizen ID card, which has the function of scanning QR codes or electronic ID cards on the VNeID application.
In case documents are lost, expired or revoked according to regulations, a residence confirmation certificate issued by the police agency where the permanent residence registration is issued must be supplemented. The dossier must be accompanied by the original certificate of purchase of the invitation to participate in the auction.
Time to sell and receive bids from 8:00 AM on July 24 to 5:00 PM on August 5, 2026 at Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company and Hat Mon Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on August 10, 2026 at the Hall of Hat Mon Commune General Service Center. Auction participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the opening time to complete procedures.
