DVL Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights to implement a project to build a sports facility in Dong Nha Dan area, Phu Tho ward.
According to the announcement, the land plot has a starting price of over 47.247 billion VND. Auction participants must pay a deposit of nearly 9.45 billion VND, equivalent to 20% of the starting price. The prescribed price step is 50 million VND.
The auction session is organized online, bidding method up, taking place at 10:00 AM on August 17, 2026 on the online auction system. The official bidding time lasts 60 minutes.
The organizing unit will sell and receive applications from July 15th to the end of August 1st during office hours.
Participants can see the actual location of the land area from July 20 to 22. The deadline for deposit payment is 5:00 PM on August 13, 2026.
The subjects participating in the auction are organizations and individuals with business lines suitable for the field of physical education and sports and falling under the case of being leased land by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
The registration dossier will be appraised by a competent authority before confirming eligibility to participate in the auction.
According to the organizing unit, the auction is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Property Auction and related legal documents to select investors to implement the project according to the plan.
