On December 30, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 coordinated with the Land Fund Development Center of Quoc Oai district to organize an auction of 26 land plots (LK2, LK6 areas) at the project of Construction of Technical Infrastructure for Land Use Rights Auction Area in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (Phase 1).
The plots of land have an area of 73 - 101m2 with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2. The auction price step is 3 million VND/m2.
Auction form and method, auction by direct multi-round voting according to ascending price method with a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds.
Customers can visit the auctioned land sites themselves or contact the Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center or National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 to schedule an appointment to visit the sites on December 23 and 24 (office hours).
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on December 30, 2024 at the Quoc Oai District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Previously, on November 16, the Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 to organize an auction of 20 land plots (Area LK3, LK4) at the land auction area for land use rights DG31/2019 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi.
As a result, among the 20 plots of land put up for auction, the plot with the highest winning price was 94.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 70.7 million VND/m2.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 4085 on the auction of land use rights in the city. In particular, localities are requested not to organize auctions of land plots/land lots with low starting prices, unable to cover costs, investment resources to create land funds, etc.
