Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of assets of the People's Committee of Hiep Cuong Commune (Hung Yen Province), including 47 land lots.
According to the announcement, land allocated by the State collects land use fees through the form of auctioning land use rights, with a long-term term of use. The auction is a direct vote in one round for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up.
The total area put up for auction is 6,259.1 m2, with land lots ranging from 98 - 233 m2. The starting price is from 12.9 - 32.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.4 - 4.1 billion VND per plot.
The total starting price of all assets is 115,422,380,000 VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to the transfer of land use rights, the auction winner must pay according to the law.
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on September 29, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025 at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company.
Each set of documents has a fee of 200,000 VND, the deposit is equal to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land.
The auction will take place on October 18, 2025 (Saturday) at the Hiep Cuong Commune Cultural House, customers will check in from 7:00 a.m., starting the auction at 8:30 a.m.
