Property Auction Service Center No. 2 has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 12,548.50m2 of residential land, divided into 117 lots in the residential areas of Dong Phuc village, Trung Chau Tay village, Sai village and Dong Thanh village, Dong Bang commune, Hung Yen province.
The area of the plots ranges from 64 - 147m2. The starting price is calculated in m2, ranging from VND 3,000,000/m2 to VND 9,900,000/m2, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees. The land has been fully invested in traffic infrastructure.
For land lots with a starting price of less than 1 billion VND, the fee for purchasing documents is 100,000 VND/project/lot. The lots have a starting price of VND1 billion or more, the application fee is VND200,000/project/lot. The deposit ranges from 42,240,000 VND/plot to 202,118,000 VND/plot.
The time and place for selling documents participating in the auction will be from 8:00 a.m. on September 26, 2025 to 11:00 a.m. on October 8, 2025 at the headquarters of the People's Committee of An Cau commune (old).
The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on October 12, 2025 at the Cultural House of An Cau commune (old), Trung Chau Tay village, Dong Bang commune, Hung Yen province.
The auction form and method is an indirect vote for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up, calculated in m2 for the plot of land registered to participate in the auction. When registering, participants will be given a bid and detailed instructions on how to record the bid, the deadline for submission and the time to organize the auction.
Participants must record full information in the bid form, including full name, citizen identification number, permanent address, sign and clearly state full name. The documents must record the auctioned land lot number in numbers, clearly, and cannot be erased or repaired.
The completed payment receipt must be put into a sealed envelope, signed at the edges of the envelope and submitted directly to the center to put into the phieu box. The phieu box is sealed after receiving all the payment vouchers.
