Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 55 residential land lots in Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area put up for auction is 5,983 m2, including 55 land lots with an area of 80 - 140 m2. Starting price is from 4.5 - 15 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 363 million VND to more than 1.7 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of all plots of land is 47,138,450,000 VND.
The price step is applied uniformly to all lots, with a minimum of 100,000 VND/m2. This is the basis for determining the valid bid price of auction participants.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on September 30, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2025 at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting in one round for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up. Auction participants bid in m2, the purchase price of a plot of land will be calculated by the winning auction price of 1 m2 multiplied by the area of that plot of land.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 7:00 a.m. on October 16, 2025 at the hall of the People's Committee of Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province.
The registration documents for the auction include: an application for participation in the auction according to the form of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company, in which the participants must clearly state their full name, address, phone number and necessary information, and sign the confirmation; ID card or citizen identification card ( notarized copy, certified copy or photocopy with the original for comparison); payment receipt or payment authorization document confirming the deposit deposit into the account of the Company opened at Xuan Truong Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (if the deposit has been paid); documents purchase receipt for comparison; authorization contract with confirmation from the competent authority (if any).
