In June 2026, 5 residential land plots in residential areas in Phu Tho province will be put up for auction for land use rights with a total starting price of more than 3.8 billion VND.
According to the announcement of Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company, the land plots put up for auction are located in Hien Quan and Tam Nong communes.
In Hien Quan commune, 4 land plots in the Huong Nha Market area were put up for auction with a total area of more than 740m2. The starting price was determined at 4 million VND/m2, corresponding to a total starting value of more than 2.96 billion VND.
Among these, the land plot coded L-10 has the largest area of 262m2, with a starting price of more than 1.04 billion VND. The remaining plots have areas from nearly 130m2 to more than 211m2, with starting prices ranging from more than 519 million VND to nearly 848 million VND.
In Tam Nong commune, a land plot coded LK7-04 in Zone 7 Hung Hoa with an area of 105m2 was put up for auction with a starting price of 8 million VND/m2. The total starting value of this land plot is 840 million VND.
Thus, the total starting price of 5 land plots in this auction reached more than 3.8 billion VND.
According to the organizing unit, the auctions are conducted in the form of indirect voting according to the up-pricing method.
Participants submit registration documents and bidding slips by post in accordance with regulations and announced deadlines.
The dossier issuance time starts from May 29, 2026. For land plots in Tam Nong commune, the deadline for receiving dossiers and bidding slips is until the end of June 12, 2026. For land plots in Hien Quan commune, the deadline for receiving dossiers extends to June 15, 2026.
Auction participants must fulfill the obligation to pay a deposit according to the prescribed amount for each land plot. The deposit amount ranges from 120 million VND to 210 million VND.
According to the plan, the price announcement session for land plots in Tam Nong commune will be held on June 17, 2026. Land plots in Hien Quan commune will have their results announced on June 18, 2026.
Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company said that auction participants must meet the conditions according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and the current Property Auction Law.
