Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 62 land plots in Cua Tham Area (phase 2), Tho An, Lien Minh commune, Hanoi City.
The total area of land plots is about 4,445.4 m2. The starting price ranges from 20.927 million VND/m2 to 34.9416 million VND/m2.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 auction rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
The price step applied to the first auction round is 30 million VND/m2. From the second auction round onwards, the price step applied is 5 million VND/m2.
The auctioned land plots have the purpose of use as residential land in rural areas, with a long term of use. The form of land use is land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on May 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026 during office hours on working days. Auction participants can submit applications directly to the Lien Minh Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board or Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on June 14, 2026 at the Lien Minh Commune People's Committee hall. Auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization contract, notarized in accordance with the law, which clearly states the information of the auction, the content of the authorization work, the term of authorization, and the rights and responsibilities of the parties.
According to regulations, in an auction session in the form of auctioning each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction. A person who has participated in the auction for the same land plot will not be authorized by another subject to participate in the auction of that land plot.
