The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Lien Minh commune, Hanoi City has just issued a Notice selecting an asset auction organization to auction residential land use rights in the Cua Tham area (phase 2), Tho An, Lien Minh commune, Hanoi city.
According to the notice, the person with the auctioned assets is Lien Minh Commune People's Committee. Lien Minh Commune People's Committee assigned Lien Minh Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to be the unit to conduct the auction of land use rights, select and sign the Land Use Right Auction Service Contract according to the provisions of Article 56 of the Law on Auction of Assets No. 01/2016 and Circular No. 19/2024 dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice.
Regarding the list and information of land plots expected to be auctioned: The name of the auctioned asset is residential land use rights for 62 land plots in Cua Tham Area (phase 2), Tho An, Lien Minh commune, Hanoi city.
The dossier for participating in selecting asset auction practice organizations is prepared by the asset auction practice organization, with a certification stamp from the asset auction practice organization. The asset auction practice organization is responsible for documents and materials proving the criteria in its unit's dossier.
In case there are two or more property auction organizations with the same maximum score, the person with the auctioned property shall consider and decide to choose one of those organizations.
