Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of the right to use 72 plots of land (phase 2) for people to build houses in the residential area of Nhat Quang commune (old), now in Tien Tien commune, Hung Yen province.
Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees collected through the form of auction of land use rights, long-term use term.
The total area of the land lots is 6,958m2, of which each plot of land has an area of 94.75 - 96.75m2, starting price from 6 - 10.8 million VND/m2.
The total starting price of the property is 53,914,500,000 VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to the transfer of rights and assignment of land use rights; these costs are borne by the auction winner according to regulations.
Invitation documents to participate in the auction will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on October 13, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2025 (during office hours on working days) at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company; at the headquarters of Tien Tien Commune People's Committee.
The fee for documents and registration fees for auctions ranges from 100,000 - 200,000 VND/ document; the deposit is from 5% to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land.
The auction will be held on October 28, 2025 (Tuesday) at the Nhat Quang Commune Cultural House (old). Customers are given points from 7am, the auction starts at 8:30am. The auction is a direct secret ballot for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up.
