The Ninh Binh Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 9 residential land lots in Nam Dong commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area of the plots of land is 1,001.3m2, of which each plot has an area of 100m2 to 162.9 m2. The starting price ranges from 6 - 11.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 600 million VND to more than 1.6 billion VND for each plot of land.
The invitation to participate in the auction was sold and received at the headquarters of the Ninh Binh Province Property Auction Service Center, the Representative Office of the Center and the Cultural Center of Nam Dong Commune. The time for selling documents is from 8:00 a.m. on October 10, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2025, during office hours. The reception of documents will be carried out from 8:00 a.m. on October 21, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2025.
The auction participation documents include a registration form for participating in the land use rights auction according to the form, photocopy of the citizen identification card, payment receipt or transfer document to the Center's account, along with the document for purchasing the auction participation documents. In case the participant prints the application from the website, the payment for the application will be made directly at the time of submitting the application.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on October 28, 2025 at the Nam Dong Commune Cultural Center, Ninh Binh Province. Participants are recommended to be present 30 minutes in advance to complete the procedure.
The auction is conducted by the method of bidding up, by direct voting in one round for each plot of land at the auction, bidding according to the unit price calculated on 1m2 (not small to hundreds of VND). Eligible plots of land will be auctioned simultaneously in the same session.
