The plots of land have an area of 87 - 126m2; the starting price of the plots ranges from 15 - 24 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 13 to 8:00 a.m. on May 26. The auction will start at 8:30 a.m. on May 29 at the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Culture House.
On the afternoon of May 29, the auction of the right to use 15 plots of land for people to build houses on plots of land of auction areas in Hung Yen city took place in the 7th round of 2025.
The plots of land have an area of 92 - 115m2; starting price from 15 - 19.8 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
The time to receive documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 13 to 5:00 p.m. on May 26 directly at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company or sent via email or guarantee letter to the Company's address.
The auction will start at 2:30 p.m. on May 29 at the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Culture House.
Tomorrow, May 18, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the People's Committee of Phu Cu district to organize an auction of the right to use 131 plots of land for people to build houses in Nguyen Hoa commune, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 98 - 201m2; the starting price of the plots ranges from 9 - 10.8 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 180 - 435 million VND/land lot. Auction by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 18 at the Phu Cu District Cultural House.
