On May 13, Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company reported to verify the status of house use and the absence of residents in the apartments during the inspection.
Implement the direction of the provincial Department of Construction on verifying the absence during the inspection on April 19 and 20 of a number of households in apartment buildings A1&A2, B1&B2 and apartment building A6-A7 (Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Quang Vinh Ward, Bien Hoa City) invested and managed by Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company. The company has sent invitations to work to 316 households absent from the last 2 inspections.
For apartment building A6-A7 (including 46 abandoned households), up to now, 31 households have contacted to verify, while 15 households have not contacted to work to verify.
At 4 social housing blocks A1&A2, B1&B2 (270 households are absent), 209 households have come to work and verify the reason for their absence, 30 households have not contacted to report the reason, 5 households have fulfilled their financial obligations, 15 households have returned their houses and 11 households have asked to return their houses in the coming time.
In addition, as of May 9, at apartments A1&A2, B1&B2, the total number of apartments still empty, the apartments have been returned and the households requesting to return the apartments in the coming time is 43. Of which, there are some apartments that are still vacant and have returned 32, and 11 apartments that have been asked to be returned within the coming time (due to not being able to arrange accommodation).
Previously, on April 26, the provincial Department of Construction concluded the inspection of social housing projects in Bien Hoa City and discovered many apartments using the wrong subjects.
There were 366/914 cases subject to inspection that were reported absent despite having been previously notified, causing difficulties in inspection work.
The 4 social housing projects inspected include: Project 4 blocks of social housing apartments in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city; Social housing project A6-A7 in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city; Social housing project in Tam Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city; Social housing project in Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city.
After that, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province requested the Department of Construction to take further measures to handle cases of reporting absence when the inspection team went to work.
