For the 4 block social housing apartment project in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city, the investor is Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total of 716 apartments (area from 48 m2 - 95 m2), during the inspection process, 406 apartments were in the right subjects, 23 apartments were found to be not in the right subjects for use, 270 households were without houses during the inspection (although the Management Board had reported in advance), 17 apartments are undergoing procedures to return or leave empty.
For the A6-A7 Social Housing project in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city, also invested by Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total of 435 apartments; Inspected 65 apartments, 18 apartments were suitable for the right subjects, 47 cases were missing, no cases of incorrect use were detected; Some households left vacant and unused even after receiving the house handover...
In the Tam Hoa Social Housing Project in Bien Hoa City, there are 97 apartments subject to inspection, but there are 54 apartments with the right subjects, 2 apartments with the wrong subjects (there is 1 case of being rented out many times, some are rented to foreigners), 41 apartments are empty when inspected.
The Social Housing Project in Buu Long Ward, Bien Hoa City has 36 apartments subject to inspection, of which 27 are used for the right subjects, 1 case is not used for the right subjects, 8 households are absent.
Therefore, the document recommending the Department of Construction to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and issuance of a decision to reclaim the apartments clearly verified that they were not used by the right subjects in accordance with the law.
