On July 26, information from the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang ward said that the locality has just approved a plan to implement the decision to enforce land recovery for 2 cases to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.
Accordingly, two cases are subject to coercive measures related to land plot No. 47, map sheet No. 11, area 5,711m2, the current status is water surface land in Vinh Xuan residential group and land plot No. 8, map sheet No. 13, area 5,688.3m2.
On the second land plot, there are currently a number of temporary works including wooden columns, beams, corrugated iron walls, planks, corrugated iron roofs and leaf roofs with a total area of about 31.5m2.
The entire recovered area according to the decision is to hand over the clean site to the investor to accelerate the progress of the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.
According to the approved plan, the force participating in the coercion includes the Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, Ward Police and related units.
The vehicles serving the implementation process include specialized trucks, excavators, canoes, ambulances, surveillance cameras and necessary support equipment. The expected time for coercion is July 28.
The Ward People's Committee requested that the preparation work must be implemented strictly, the coercion must be carried out in accordance with the order and procedures according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, while ensuring absolute safety for people, vehicles, property and maintaining security and order throughout the implementation process.
The approval of the coercion plan is expected to contribute to removing obstacles in site clearance, creating conditions to accelerate the progress of the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project, towards developing a modern and synchronous urban space according to planning.
The Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area project has a land use scale of about 226.71ha in Nam Nha Trang ward, with a total investment of more than 17,330 billion VND. Of which, project implementation costs are more than 16,270 billion VND; compensation, support and resettlement costs are about 1,059 billion VND. The total land area to be recovered for project implementation is more than 226.7ha.
According to the plan, the project will develop a multi-functional urban area including commercial housing, social housing, service works, resort tourism, accommodation facilities, theme parks and synchronous technical and social infrastructure systems.
The project is expected to meet a population scale of about 20,000 people, with about 4,200 commercial and social housing units, and 1,500 social housing units in the form of apartments. The project has a operating term of 50 years and is expected to be completed within 6 years from the date of land allocation or land lease by the State.
