The Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park project is implemented in Hung Thang commune with a scale of nearly 600 ha, implemented in 2 phases. In phase 1 alone, Zone A has an area of more than 137 ha, related to 7 villages with 983 land plots of 635 households.
Up to now, the consulting unit has coordinated with Hung Thang Commune People's Committee and villages to complete external surveying, review internal records and organize the signing of area confirmation with related households.
At the conference, households expressed their agreement and high consensus with the policy of implementing the Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park Project, and exchanged and raised many opinions and recommendations related to compensation, support and site clearance. People are interested in determining and handling the area of land that people have donated to build new rural areas; the legality and use value of the Certificate of Land Use Rights issued in 1993; solutions in cases where people do not receive compensation and site clearance support but need to be allocated land in other locations. People also want support policies for redundant labor, jobs and livelihoods of people after the state recovers land...
People's opinions and recommendations are seriously received and summarized by Hung Thang Commune People's Committee. The Commune Economic Department is assigned to review, research, advise and seek opinions from competent authorities of the city to answer and provide specific guidance to people in accordance with the law. Thereby, creating consensus and unity in the process of deploying site clearance work, contributing to ensuring the progress of the Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park Project, promoting industrial and socio-economic development of the locality.
